1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Enrollment and Registration
- Students must provide accurate and complete information during enrollment
- Minimum age requirement for enrollment is 13 years old (with parental consent for minors)
- The institute reserves the right to reject any enrollment application
- Students are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials
3. Course Fees and Payment
- Course fees must be paid in full before the course commencement or as per the agreed installment plan
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our refund policy
- The institute reserves the right to modify course fees with prior notice
- Late payment may result in suspension of services or additional charges
- Payment receipts will be provided for all transactions
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Before Course Start: Full refund minus administrative charges (10%) if cancelled 7 days before course start
- Within First Week: 50% refund if requested within the first 7 days of course commencement
- After First Week: No refund will be provided
- Course Cancellation by Institute: Full refund if the institute cancels the course
5. Course Content and Schedule
- The institute reserves the right to modify course content, schedules, and instructors
- Course materials are provided for educational purposes only and remain the property of the institute
- Students must attend at least 75% of classes to be eligible for certification
- Make-up classes may be arranged for missed sessions, subject to availability
6. Student Conduct
Students are expected to:
- Maintain respectful and professional behavior towards instructors and fellow students
- Follow all institute rules and regulations
- Not engage in any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior
- Use institute facilities and resources responsibly
- Not share or distribute course materials without permission
Violation of conduct rules may result in suspension or termination of enrollment without refund.
7. Certificates and Credentials
- Certificates are issued upon successful completion of courses and required assessments
- Students must meet minimum attendance and performance criteria
- Certificates can be collected from the institute or sent via courier (charges apply)
- Duplicate certificates may be issued upon request with applicable fees
8. Intellectual Property
All course materials, content, trademarks, and intellectual property belong to Canning Smart Computer Training Institute. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any materials without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
The institute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We do not guarantee specific career outcomes or job placement, though we provide placement assistance.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
11. Force Majeure
The institute shall not be held responsible for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or technical failures.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in South 24 Parganas, West Bengal.
